Basic Visceral Manipulation: with Liz Gaggini, Certified Advanced Rolfer
What Liz says about her classes:
"This comprehensive seven-day class is the result of sixteen years of my study of visceral manipulation and my ongoing attempts to find value in the visceral techniques for structural work. Visceral work as it is taught by Osteopaths is a treatment for visceral disease. However, there is a way of working with the fascia of the viscera to help with the goals of structural integration. Any fixation in this fascia can affect line, balance and ease just as a fixation in the myofascia or a joint would. By understanding the anatomy of the viscera and how to combine indirect and direct techniques we can release, balance and integrate this core fascia and further open and align the entire structure."

Rossiter System use within the ten series: with Richard Rossiter, Certified Advanced Rolfer
What Richard says about the Rossiter System:
"The Rossiter System eases, relieves and prevents pain because it directly tackles the causes of pain. Tightness, pain, throbbing, aching and limited movement in muscles and joints occur because surrounding connective tissue has shortened and tightened from overuse and repetition. The Rossiter System's stretching techniques loosen entire areas of connective tissue, restore mobility and circulation. The result -- effective pain relief and free movement."

I have been working in the healing arts since 1996. With a background in Fine Arts, I believe that the healing arts are natural creative extensions of making art. My goal is to inspire creative health and well-being in the people I work with.

Although I primarily use Rolfing® to work with people from all walks of life, I utilize all of my training, life experiences and knowledge to help them grow and create better health in their daily lives. I educate, facilitate and hope to improve my clients' awareness of how to enhance their quality of life by living in balanced harmony with their minds, bodies and spirits.

I have worked with the amateur as well as world class athletes, including the United States National Synchronized Swim Team from 2002 - 2004 as they prepared for the 2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece. My primary clients are people of all ages and from all walks of life. Everyone can benefit from the work of Rolfing® and the blend of healing arts that I have to offer.
